HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Typically dispatch occurs within 3-5 days of receiving your payment. Delivery times after dispatch then vary depending on location.

United States Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 days
Worldwide Standard Shipping typically takes 7-28 days

Please note that this time frame is approximate as we have no control over how long customs in your country may take to process your parcel. Rise Paradigm is not responsible for any potential delay after an item has been sent as it is provided by the carrier. If you have any queries, please contact your national postal service and quote your tracking number.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code and a link for you to track how far away your order is to your door.
You can follow your package using your tracking number in your order confirmation email.

If you have any issues with delivery, as the recipient you will need to contact the carrier company.
